Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.

• Assist with organizing and filing documents, both electronically and physically.

• Maintain accurate records of data entry activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Prepare reports based on entered data and ensure all information is up to date.

• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, such as scanning or organizing physical files.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of data entry and clerical procedures.
